:dead:

Self-hate via being a fair skinned Black man was the preface to becoming Malcolm X :heh:

Either be consistent when talking about Blackness and features or pipe down. All that other shyt is irrelevant.

You're a troll aren't you.

Why did I get caught up arguing with a troll . ...

No, I just have a brain and sense unlike you.

No you don't have sense.

You don't even make sense.

You could care less about Nina Simone or her story.

You just want to argue and believe you think in a superior manner than other people.

Zoe is a b rate actress who was miscast in this film. The telling of this story was never taken seriously from the start. Nina Simone's life centered around the colorism and racism she faced. It's a slap in the face for her life to be retold using an actress who's features were always chosen over hers by the same industry she was railing against. Especially since the movie was executive produced by a black man. ..

Malcom X's life story was personified by Denzel Washington (not a b rate actor) directed by Spike Lee (a well known, and really good director) though he didn't bare his likeness he most definitely as a black man in America has faced the same racism.

The treatment of Nina Simone is not the same and seriously, let's not act like you really give a shyt.

And Detroit Red was a tragic mulatto :dahell:

Is this about features or production/acting?

Stick to a fukking script please :heh:

Zoe does not look much different from people here, so yeah in parts of Africa, she is definitely recognizable. What else can she be? Spanish?

some Africans
