Why is it always mediocre role players that gotta hate on up and coming stars?

neither of those two nikkas are going to be stars

Duds is absolutely right. LaMelo plays like a 2K create-a-player if the sliders for defense were put on 0. Williamson has a chance to get better but he needs a real coach.

Neither one is going to be a star in college or in the NBA. And he's right.

SC Supreme isn't a good AAU team and neither is BBB. This was an Adidas money grab. These aren't top teams on the circuit, not even close.

Lamelo is not Lonzo, not by a long shot. He's about to be a junior, and can't do much of anything besides shoot wild 3s and kick the ball out.

Zion has no skill set, which is problem of most kids with his size and ability. No need to develop your game when you can bully everyone. He has a lot to get better at.

Dudes watching a kid playing in a gimmick system on both ends of the court and projecting him to be a star nba player. Can't defend, no strength, volume shooter, can't jump, but he's going to be a star in college and the NBA.

Can someone name me one thing Lamelo does great? Don't tell me shoot when he just had a game shooting 17-56.

Edit: before the "but but he's only 15", he's officially in his junior year. Look at every star guard in the NBA, and besides Steph, Westbrook, and Isaiah (who are anomalies either based on athleticism, skill, or size), the majority of them were projected as NBA talents or first round talent at 15/16. Kyrie, Wall, D Rose, CP3 were on the NBA radar at that age. Lamelo is not even close to what those guys were at 15. He's not even Lonzo at 15 :pachaha:

Zion look like a more athletic Julius Randle.

I hope he can get a jumpshot eventually. He was bricking free throws and shyt like that. He got time though

Lamelo talented but his shot selection horrible. I guess thats cuz of his team/ego

Lonzo played in the same gimmick we will find out when he goes to UCLA, if hes still playing the same way for those coaches then yea hes not getting anywhere in the NBA.
