Zion is stronger and more athletic than a young LeBron which is crazy to say but he’s not as skilled in any aspect of basketball.
That's what I meant. He has good enough skills on the perimeter that if you put a big guy on him cause he's destroying all the SFs in the league with his strength, he can blow right by them and finish in the paint.
Zion is basically unguardable. You put a big on him, he's far too quick and explosive. You put a small guy on him and he's so powerful that he'll just bully them right into the basket.
Nobody has the physical tools to handle a guy with his sheer physicality and skill. Even Draymond Green would get bodied simply cause he lacks the strength to stay in front of a guy like Zion.
Nowhere did I state or insinuate he's going to be garbage, I just he's not going to be able to play the 4 full-time at his current height, and his success in the league is going to be based on him developing his perimeter game. Nobody can come into today's league and truly dominate with an inside game at his height. I never gave shyt about this kid and his dunk highlights. I needed to see him playing 5 on 5 before I could say anything positive about him. He's literally blown me away every time I've seen him play since he got to Duke. If you can't see that this is something special we've never seen before, then I can't help ya'll.

He's like Shaq because we've never seen anyone move like either of them at their respective weights. Shaq was 320 lbs but moved like a guy much smaller with unbelievable agility, quickness, and explosiveness. Zion is similarly incredible in how he moves at 285 lbs.
Its simple physics. If I can move just as fast as a guy much smaller but I'm 285 lbs, I'm gonna generate incredible amounts of power that others can't match.
No one in the NBA is gonna be able to contain Zion just like no one could contain Shaq.

No he's not. At most he's 1-2 inches shorter. Blake Griffin is 6'8"-6'9" max. Don't let those fake NBA height listings fool you. I've seen him and LeBron stand side by side and they're the same damn size.

LeBron likes to dance on the perimeter too much. It took him till Year 10 or something to even develop a post game. Yes he's great at driving the ball. But when he had small guys on him like Jason Terry, he wouldn't just take them to the post and make them pay.
Teams have been guarding him with guys smaller than him for a long time. Look no further than how much success Andre Igoudala had against him while being much smaller.
Guys like Igoudala won't be able to guard Zion simply because he will feast on them inside. You're need to guard Zion with strength cause he is just too powerful and unlike LeBron ain't scared to use it.
