This is exactly it. This should’ve been the exact course he should’ve taken the moment he was drafted. Anybody with any cotdamn sense knew that him trying to exist as a ‘big man’ in this league had an expiration date. Unfortunately, it came the cost of the young man suffering multiple injuries to his wheels, that could affect the rest of his career.

That’s the problem with this ‘analytics’ movement. Analytics focuses too much on what’s best for the team right now, not long-term development.

BUT PF/SF with a big that can stretch the floor and play defense. Honestly he could easily switch off from SF and PF with the right players.

I just think the Pelicans are a terrible organization period and now he wants out.


What’s coming back going to do when he’s just going to shoulder the load with nikkas he really doesn’t want to play with, don’t know how to make things easier for him, etc.

This season with a worse roster they are 12th-2.5 games out the play in. At some point we gotta look at how Zion talent converts to wins. BI out there keeping NO from having the #1 pick

Once again, Memphis went 12-2 without Ja. Since his rookie season, they are 24-6 without Ja.


The franchises are not comparable vin any way, shape, or form.

If your team still wins games with the best player, and no other great players, that's a sign of a winning franchise.
