Every commercial Zion is in he's eating pizza and drinking soda by the gallon.

Maybe he should be like Klay and do 2% milk commercials :francis:

Adults with weight issues really shouldn't be drinking 2% milk either, that's 140 calories a cup. Which is fine if you're trying to build mass, but not if you're trying to watch your waistline.

Fluids for adults on normal calorie intake should be limited to water. Use up your calories on solid food that actually fills your stomach so you don't overeat, cause when you drink milk or juice it gets absorbed too fast and now you have a bunch of calories in your system but your stomach already feels empty again.

Aaron Donald is like 6’1 285lbs

Zion has been bigger than him since high school :skip:

But he was supposed to be slimming down because his contract stipulated that he had to be less than 285. He looks like he’s still 300.

The difference being that his injury issues are legit and not intentional on his part just to get out of NO.
I'm strictly referring to his weight. He also wasn't injured around late march they just supposedly not cleared and he said mentally he's not ready. I don't think he has any desire to be with the Pelicans, but that's just my opinion.

If doesn't have the desire to be with the Pelicans, then he needs to say that or keep it weight down so he can get back on the court and work towards that goal. Even if he gets his wish and goes elsewhere, it's not going to magically make his weight issues any better as there's obviously something more to it than him intentionally getting overweight just to get out of NO.

If he's mentally not ready because he's worried about getting injured again, then not keeping his weight under control isn't helping his cause.
