help brehs? I want to start today (a few hours from now)

what exercises can I do without joining a gym or buying any equipment that will NOT stress any joints? (no pushups, running etc.) Just tell me and I will start. I think it would basically be in the category of abdominal or limb related exercises

P.S. two things that look interesting to me:

brehs help me

I've been dieting for a week and it's going great

but I know in the upcoming weeks and months it's not going to go as fast as Week 1 was, so I need to do some exercise as well right

Let's do this :salute: I want to stay on the wagon for 8-9 months and get rid of all the excess. Let's go.

Any type of exercise you do will put some sort of pressure on your joints, whether it's cardio or strength training. If you're not willing to join a gym, then your options are kind of limited as far as low impact forms of cardio (I was going to suggest the elliptical and swimming). Why don't you want to join a gym?

I kinda want to get started off the bat without joining a gym or yoga classes or anything scheduled like that. Like wake up, do something at home, go to work, do something at home, sleep. I can join a gym in a couple weeks.

Let me rephrase my question a bit. Just tell me low-impact things to do and I'll figure out for myself--if I feel any joint pain I'll stop doing it, if it doesn't hurt I'll do it

I think I should start with some basic stretches and situps/crunches maybe. Those isometric exercises look really interesting on youtube I'll give it a shot
