aight kids I'm back

so I have successfully cut out the fluids except water

but I drink a lot of red bull for work :( I think it's about 150 calories per can though so I think I can keep with it for a bit as long as I'm 2/day or below (obviously when I get into genuine cutting everything will count but for now I'm just starting).. in the long run will probably cut out overuse of caffeine in general

I found a new spot to jog in and went tonight, going to start going every day no excuses

haven't followed up with the doc yet but will go next week I think

okay, the plan for now is to go running on Wed-Sun this week every day no exceptions :lift:

You going for the birdchest look?

trying to get my cardiovascular fitness up :yeshrug: and lose a bunch of weight.. 50 is understating it probably 20-30 more than that

the biggest thing for me right now is to stay motivated and work on it continuously until I lose the excess (and then lifelong of course)

without lifting, "weight" can be a large fraction of muscle even with your running

yeah I understand that... but I'm trying to save my body from becoming a disaster zone right now

is there a way to check improvement in my heart over time? I did some 7th grade biology experiment once along these lines.. let me google

edit: okay I got the rate up and i checked recovery rate

0: 132 bpm
1min: 108
2min: 96

will probably need to check it from a higher bpm to get a real result

best thing is too check it once a month at rest

70bpm is healthy i think

im gonna be real tho, without a muscle base. youll look frail :manny: im not that big but had i not lifted i would be extra small

and speaking of your limp ass wrist...did you go get it checked out...

also post your diet and a pic so we have an idea of what we're dealing with

no it's a general joint thing the wrist is just where the excruciating pain happens. my ankles and shins are hurting while running. man I dunno. let me make a resolution to get an appointment and get started on the medical stuff by July 6

yeah I think I want to start doing situps/crunches.. yeah I can try lunges too.. by squats you mean, without weights? let me see

no pics. lol. basically a lot of weight on the thighs but now it's on my stomach heavily as well
