If they can pass for white, are classified as white, and have mostly white genetics, then they are white with Black admixture. Their kids, if they have offspring with a Black person will be Black though.
My line of thinking is similar to yours with slight differences.
I've only ever seen one chick with a septum ring who dates black men.
