Disagree. I thought Batman v Superman was visually very good. The main problem with that movie was the writing.
Spider-Man featuring Iron Man made the same amount at the box office as BvS, that must have been a failure too
Spiderman and Iron Man are not bigger characters than Batman and Superman. BvS was supposed to make more money so you actually proved that BvS was a failure. Not to mention BvS was a critical failure.
Nice try though
So basically, his ideas were convoluted as fukk, so the studio hit the brakes and interfered with no plan of their own, resulting in movies that made no sense. So, there you have it. Blame WB for Justice League.
Seem like that nikka was on dust when he was making this shyt
Which oddly enough, was who he thought he was auditioning for.I'm watching Batman V. Superman now. Einsenberg should've been the Riddler, seriously.
You just proved you don't know shyt about shyt. Spider-Man as a character/IP produces just as much if not more revenue each year as Batman does. I hate that I have to correct you like this.
A Batman/Superman should beat every MCU movie, including Spider-Man, by a wide margin. We're talking about two of the most recognizable super heroes in history.
Not that Spider-Man is a slouch in that department....but Spider-Man/Ironman is not remotely on the same level as Batman/Superman. I mean, it is now, through sheer force of will on Marvel's part. But in general, through out history? Hell no. Marvel started the MCU with Ironman because they didn't have access to their more popular characters.

SPIDER-MAN Is World's Most Profitable Superhero (And It's Not Even Close)
Spider-Man has been on that tier for a very long time.
This was an article back in 2014 after Sony fukked up a few movies and before MCU was even involved.
There ain't been a Batman movie since the Nolan trilogy. There ain't been a Superman movie since 2013.
Spider-Man had the Raimi trilogy....then the Marc Webb films back to back. Of course the licensing is generating more money than Batman/Superman, the article was written the same year "The Amazing Spider-Man 2" did $700 mill.
So this is more about WB dropping the ball with their characters, than Spider-Man legitimately being more popular. I mean, "GOTG Vol. 2" did roughly the same as "Batman V Superman", for Christ sake.

He never did. There's interviews of him saying MOS was it's own thing. It wasn't until Avengers came out that suddenly Batman could exist in the same worldOh so now Snyder didn’t care for an extended universe?
Stans say the darndest things
Adjusted, Spider-Man has 3 movies on the same level as TDKDark Knight made more money than any Spiderman film. We're not talking about toy sales.
DC's two most iconic characters should beat a Spiderman movie. Had the movie not been trash it would have.
