Yea I don't know what these nikkas talking about brehLol, all these posts acting like LaVine garbage...add him to Philly, they get better. Add him to LAL they get better.
Now do some of these teams have the assets to make a move for him is a different story...
If Bulls want to reboot, you can take Morris/Covington/Batum(all on 1 year deals) + picks for Lavine. Money matches.
They areBulls need to stop kidding themselves and have a fire sale
Zach LaVine is a casual fan's dream player.
A guy who can score points, but doesn't do anything else well enough to elevate a team to make them serious championship contenders.
At this point, the ideal use for Zach LaVine is as a 6th man off the bench to score points with the 2nd unit.
He's this generation's Gilbert Arenas at his best. This generation's OJ Mayo at his worst.
I like Lavine a lot, but with Maxey's rise to stardom, his presence isn't as needed as before. I'm also a little cold on trading for him now because the Sixers will fukk up the depth they currently have and will have to part with a key rotation player like Tobi, Melton etc. to make the money matchSixers gathered them assets for a situation like Lavine. This helps Batum get back to the Clippers, after the Bulls wavie him. That's what's most important here
Lakers could use him because he's the shooter they need to complement the 1st unit, then leads the scoring on the 2nd unit. And he's more athletic than their current guards so they can at least "hope" he learns how to play defense.
LA can't make the trade until their new signings free up in December, but these salaries match:
Bulls get: D-Lo, Reaves, Vincent, Hood-Schifino and a 1st
Lakers get: LaVine and Caruso
New depth chart would be:
PG: Lebron, Caruso
SG: Lavine, Christie
SF: Prince, Reddish
PF: Davis, Rui
C: Wood, Hayes
Depending on matchups, crunch time lineup might be:
Lebron
Lavine
Prince
Rui
AD
or
Caruso

He should go on a great defensive team that lacks offensive firepower. That way they can hide his defensive flaws and he can focus on scoring

I'll pass. He'll stunt Vassell and to an extent, Wemby's growth.
