These dudes don’t realize that Lavine on the Lakers is the perfect situation for him. The reason why he failed on the bulls is because he’s not a number 1….he’s not a playmaker and he’s not a leader. He wouldn’t have to be any of those things in LA. Instead he can just focus on his strengths which is to be an elite bucket getter…he’s also an elite shooter and shot maker and brings athleticism to the backcourt. All those things the Lakers sorely… sorely …sorely need. Lavine at his best offensively can go toe to toe with a Booker and all the other great scorers out west. He also opens up the game for Bron and AD who both have to work too hard in the half court right now.

Bron’s been begging for an elite scorer and a shooter since he got to LA. It’s why they went after Kawhi, then Dame, then Kyrie. And mutilated themselves in the Westbrook trade

Lavine actually addresses those needs. He tries on defense when he’s actually engaged too.

People go on too much about his contract. With the new cap that’s the going rate for players of his caliber. Look at how much Jaylen Brown makes and while he’s better than Zach he’s not a number 1 either and he is going to be making 60 mil a year. Plus Zach is only 27 it’s not like he can’t be flipped…especially when he gets to just 2 years left on his deal.

Long story short…get that nikka. He’s worth the risk.
If you see some of the shots, Zach put up man idk wtf he be thinking. I'd rather have Jaylen. He'll at least pretend to defend. Zach my guy but it's time.

Zach is a low BB IQ player that's been asked to do waaaay too much overall decision making. Being directed by Lebron is perfect for him.

Reaves/Hachimura/1 or 2 picks is a no brainer to me for both sides

Bulls priority should be to add solid IQ players, rebounding and size. I like Ivey, but in the NBA fit matters more so now than ever IMO.

Joe Harris, Marvin Bagley and James Wiseman works for salaries.
I'd rather take the Lakers trash than that... I posted this a few weeks ago tho.
Since there's talk about the Bulls potentially sending Zach out for a win-now package, instead of just resetting everything.

Would yal trade him to Detroit?

Bulls get:
Jaden Ivey
Bogdanovic
Alec Burks
+Picks

Pistons get:
Zach Lavine

You get a young promising prospect in Ivey that Monty Williams has been rough on. And some veteran shooters to add to the team. Bogdanovic only has 2 years left, and Burks is an expiring.

:ld:
I don't love the Ivey fit, but that deal works financially.

I wouldn’t even consider that if I was Detroit.

Bogdanovic will get a first round pick from somebody by himself.
This LaVine devaluing shyt is going too far.

lol @ Detroit scoffing at adding Zach like they can sign a player of his caliber in any off-season 😂

If I'm Chicago, I just hold on to him if these trash deals are being offered.
