My bad, it's actually 27.4%. Still the highest among ethinic groups.
26.6% is for Hispanics.

"Wealth" is not a measure of money stashed.
When it comes to most Americans "wealth" is how much debt you have vs how much home you own.

Key word income because that's all you know about these people. id be curious what gives you the information on what everyone has stashed away. Is this some new CIA stat?
You must be violating the same privacy laws that keeps trump from releasing his tax returns.
Whether black people are poor or not is irrelevant when the discussion hinges around Donald Trump's policies. You cant just say "Hey you're poor so vote for me" without stating what you are going to do to pull me out of poverty.
Wealth is a measure of assets. The majority of Americans biggest and only asset is their house.
Houses were passed out basically for free to some Americans.
Home ownership was basically outlawed for other Americans.
Now we have a "racial wealth gap"
While ignoring that the people who created this gap are hoarding 90% of the real wealth, while convincing us to fight over who has more of the scraps they threw out.

The reality is, Trump's premise was correct...."Hey black people, Democrats treat you like a slut and you've gotten nothing out of being loyal to them. Collectively, you're still disenfranchised and they keep giving you empty talking points. So, how would my presidency be any worse"?
The rub is, he still hasn't produced a viable black agenda that would counter the non-existent one employed by the Democrats.
Trump knows that most blacks are not voting for Hillary....they're voting against him. This was a lazy but honest critique of the Democrats and their invisible plan for Black America. Basically, whether he or Hillary wins, neither side is going to input an agenda for black people. But that if he wins, maybe blacks will win by proxy of his economic policies. And that's a real maybe.
But regarding the video, I simply don't trust Yvette Carnell. She's done too much f#ck sh#t for me to take her seriously. She's an obvious black feminist with populist talking points. Ever since she came at Farrakhan for having a march and pushing an economic boycott, she made me leary because she had no true rebuttal and had no alternative.
The last straw was when she attacked and defamed Dr. Frances Cress Welsing right after she died....like a coward. Real punk ass b#tch sh#t. She waited until this woman died, who contributed more to black society and philosophical thought than she ever did, to come for her. I have no respect for that.
