Her pops worked for 26 years with the police department. He worked his way up to being a police major which can earn lower to mid 6 figures. He was also married so after 20+ years of dual income and investing why would it be difficult for a couple to be able to come up 750k?

They should have at least that.. even conservatively saving and investing just 20k per year would put them over 400k liquid without any ROI. If they invested in the stock market or 401k they should be well over 1 million with an average return on their investment over 20 years. Once he retired from the police dept he could have pulled all the money out from his 401k and have the cash to get a mcdonalds right there. fact is its not far fetched... It's actually how its supposed to be and what cacs been doing for years.. its just that too often blacks have broken homes and low incomes so they miss out on the basics of middle class wealth building.

I watched the video. None of what you stated above was mentioned. I watched other videos and read additional articles as well. Not as an attempt to tear down their acommplishment as a family but to get the critical information they omitted.

None of the articles/videos I reviewed mentioned his investments, none mentioned the wife working, nor her investments, and no mention of property.
