Yes, the target audience for a site called
theblackprofessional.com are "non blacks, basically" ...according to you.
Maybe you don't know any Black entrepreneurs personally, but I'd bet that there is a Black chamber of commerce, Black business incubator program, Black college students majoring in business related fields, and Black franchisees in the biggest city in your state.
That site, and other resources are for those people and others serious about running businesses/practices.
Again, people who are serious about running businesses know or are learning about the entry barriers and requirements including raising capital..and contrary to what you wrote or believe...MANY of those people are BLACK. Different audience than those for the general Black websites that picked up the story later.
