I'd love to grab Rozier, but I don't see Charlotte moving him unless they're chasing one of the disgruntled stars. He's been too good the past two years. I'd be all over a deal that gets him here with RJ and Randle in tact though.

I'm eye'ing SGA heavy because OKC seems to be aiming for that Danny Ainge pick hording maneuver. If they're more interested in rookie contracts and first round picks, we could keep key pieces, dump some of our extra picks and try to snag an absolute stud that's 22 years old.

Sexton is the least enticing on that list, but that probably makes him the most attainable. You have to dump a chunk of assets to get the other two at a minimum, Sexton might be the best candidate for a robbery since they just don't want to pay him.

SGA certainly would cost you Barrett + Obi at the minimum.

Just to keep in mind: OKC at the moment has six picks in this draft alone.

...Someone open up a trade machine and make some interesting concepts for a Brogdon/Turner acquisition. I know it's not realistic, but let's figure out a way to make it believable and leak it into the social media ether.

Here's how you get both of them

Quickley, Toppin, 2 Dallas picks, 2 NY picks, and 2 2's from other teams

SGA’s the one name that I’d consider flipping Barrett in the deal for.

:mjlol: Hell nah. That’s 27 million dollars in cap space, two promising rookies, 4 first round draft picks, and 2 seconds for two players that have never made an allstar game.

What kind of favor did you think you were doing for Indiana by taking them off their hands?

the Knicks currently have SIX players under contract.

Who said anything about doing them a favor? 6 picks, two promising players, and almost 30 million dollars of cap space is too much in a deal that doesn’t bring back a legitimate star level player.

You can't substitute that with a player they'd want instead. It's a bad fit for both sides.

I know it’s a wonky fit, which is why I said I know it’s not realistic. But giving up the equivalent of 6 first rounders (obi and IQ included here, one being an all-rookie), 2 seconds, AND 30 million dollars of cap space is a star player price. Not a “two good players on reasonable contracts” deal.

We’re talking about a capped out team that didn’t even make the playoffs (they did make the play-in to be fair).

It looks like they are slipping in some potential first rounders with guys they are look at for 58.

Sandro would be an absolute steal in the second round. I’ve seen all four of his years at Seton hall and he’s really good as a playmaking center. He rebounds, pushes tempo, hits the three and passes well.

The only flaw with Sandro is he struggles defensively against more athletic centers put he’s insanely skilled

*cracks knuckles*

Obi, IQ, Knox, 19, 22 swap, the better 23 pick and 24 swap. Leaves us with about 20 million in cap space to still sign Lonzo.

Big IQ fan but swap him with Obi and yea.

We need a PF behind Randle. I'll hate it but the Knicks will look better.

I think a backup pf is easier to replace than a spark plug instant offense off the bench guard. Plus IQ is cheaper.

What’s a good price for Dinwiddie in yall opinion? He seems prime for a 1 year 25 million dollar prove it contract. Especially if we can’t pull off any trades or pick up CP or Kyle.
