YouTube really hates ad blockers, starts skipping and muting videos

Funny this thread came up, Youtube been bugging with "Ad Blocker detected" messages even though I'm not using anything.

I get ads but this sh*t is insane and almost unwatchable at times

Yall crazy paying YouTube to block ads and allow you to play videos in the background on your phone

Eventually they're gonna keep raising the price or give you like 1 or 2 ads a video regardless.

Too many options to skip that nonsense. Until they all no longer work they not seeing a cent.

Only time I thought of buying youtube premium was because of that Bruce show

Youtube just increases their commercial times. I see defaults at 12-30 seconds now. I just keep restarting until I see the time drop. This is on the Apple TV app but its getting miserable watching YT more and more.

I feel like if I sit there and watch a 30 second ad without hitting the skip button then YouTube should let me watch the video with no more interruptions. I know, I know… the notion of Santa Claus is more believable than that.

It actually used to be that way. If you sat through the intro ads you'd get none in the middle.

Then they got rid of it in order to serve even more ads.

Because that's the main reason besides the Ads why I keep the subscription.

I get YouTube premium free on iOS .. well not free I pay like $15 for a year…. it’s cracked apps with a developer account

You can do it without paying.. just use alt store

Clicked on a YouTube link on reddit and was sent to the browser version of YouTube and got hit with a 2:40 second ad.

You people are absolutely insane not paying for Premium.
