Houston to LA like I'm Robert Horry.
NO NO NO NO NO
I always brush first, as soon as I wake up it's the first thing I do
I don't even drink water before brushing

When you sleep alot of stuff can go in your mouth, with many coli posters sometimes it's a dikk
And often people sleep with their mouth open

Also I eat lunch first then breakfast.
Truth is that people say breakfast is the choice of champions but no, breakfast was pushed by the meat industry that wanted to sell more sausages.
So they got with health organizations to tell people how important breakfast is.
But anyone who does intermittent fasting knows that's a whole lotta BS!!!!!!!!!

I brush my teeth when I wake up not trying to have dungeon dragon breath.

There is enough time between brushing my teeth and eating breakfast.

i brush after mostly because the mouthwash i use lingers and it fukks with the taste of food if you eat right away.

get ready for coli posters who brush their teeth 7x a day, shower 6x a day and wash their towels and sheets after 1 use to come in here and tell you how unhygienic we are for only brushing once in the morning tho, see the post above.

My first meal is usually 10:30/11am. So I have plenty of time where the aftertaste of toothpaste is long gone lol

i brush my teeth twice a day, shower at least once, sometimes twice daily depending on what i do, wash my sheets/towels every week to 10 days.

coli has some kind of competition where they go beyond basic human guidelines to pretend they are cleaner than everyone else... i don't play that :unimpressed:

How do you have dirty teeth if you floss brush and rinse at night?
You build up bacteria over night while you sleep. So yes you cleaned off plaque and food from your mouth before you went to sleep but you built some of it back up by the time you wake up.

You must not be brushing right or using a manual toothbrush. My teeth don't feel no different than the night before after brushing
