I think I got post traumatic stress around chickens and eggs though.

When I was really young my grandparents would make us go out on Saturday’s and kill the chickens for Sunday dinner. We would have to grab them by the head and swing them around until the neck snapped off.

I still have the vision of being a 6 year old watching headless chickens run around the yard, bumping into shyt ,with blood shooting out of their necks..

They didn't have anyone around who could just cut the heads off?
