The thing is that Trumpers, MAGAs, conservatives, etc will just act oblivious when things they're expecting to happen don't happen the way they imagined. From 2016-2020, specifically between the years of '17-'19, that's when a lot of Trump supporters started playing dumb or acting like Trump didn't let them down with some of his wishes.
