You play who's in front of you. The Wolves were missing players last year and Jimmy was playing hurt in the Finals. Nobody is making excuses for that because injuries are part of the game. Lakers right now are missing players and or guys playing hurt and so are the Nuggets.

POINT IS THEYRE A 7 SEED 3 TIMES
AND MISSED THE PLAYOFFS ONCE
IN THE LAST 4 SEASONS.

THEYRE NOT CONTENDERS PERIOD.
JUST HAD A FORTUNATE BRACKET
LAST SEASON.

THIS WILL BE THEYRE 2ND FIRST RD EXIT
IN THE LAST 4 SEASONS.

They're not getting swept by the damn Thunder or Wolves come on now. It's not a guarantee but they have as good a chance as anyone else. They just don't match up with the Nuggets. They made the WCF last year so I dunno what else to say. They probably would be a higher seed as well if Ham wasn't starting Vando and Cam Reddish together for a stretch lol.

I didnt say theyd get swept but i wouldnt pick them to beat any of the top 5 in a series no not even OKC...Minny would eat this Laker team up with its size similar to what they did to PHX....This LA team just isnt that good...

This look like the playoff games from last year where were all close games. They gonna need better games from AR and DLO, if they don’t want the same outcome a likely sweep. The Lakers is bench nonexistent Dinwiddle and Vincent both laid an egg out there. Likely gonna see Nuggets and Celtics in the finals barring injuries or somebody gonna an heater like Jimmy Butler did last year.
They just got finessed on the Vincent contract. They might've got done worse off that than Sacramento got on Hassan Whiteside. Heat are the realest franchise of all time with the opportunities they get mfs.

Cool. Wasn't really what I was quoting the other guy about tho. I was just stating the current situation of why they haven't blown the team up. They've shown just last year if the matchup is right that they can make it further than expectations. This matchup is just bad for them.

A win is a win, but if I'm Denver, I treat this like a loss. Lakers really figured something out putting Hachimura on Jokic. That's one of those somewhat small adjustments that can win a series

:mjlol: THEY DID THAT LAST POST SEASON

GUESS YOU DIDNT
WATCH THAT SERIES

Stop the BS lol
Hachimura on Jokic was supposed to be the game changer in last years series and it wasnt....Denver can have off nights and still beat this team comfortably.
When they turn it on these games wont be competitive.

Edit : I just read the tweet...
