I feel the same exact way about Vado breh.I never heard anyone say he was hot or anything close.I ain't hating on him at all.I think he will fade away just like Gibbs will.
At one point a couple of summers ago, Vado had a lil movement and legitimate regional buzz definitely bigger than anything Gibbs has had thus far...Speaking in Tongues was one of those local songs that NYC radio and clubs embraced...but yeah, all of that was squandered and he's basically back to ground zero...Gibbs still has that internet cult hero buzz and Vado doesn't even have that at this point...i have no idea what happened to dude, you'd think he was locked up the past year and a half or so or something...if Jeezy can get Gibbs to point Vado was back then (been over a year and he hasn't thus far), he'd be poised to do some things

he'll probably do about as much as Fred Durst from Limp Bizket did when he was "Senior VP" for Interscope

Good for Jeezy. Seems kinda weird because he never really made executive moves like that, but I feel like he has a good grip on what hip-hop should be like, so Im all for it

Himself and Boyz-n-da-hood, USDA were bunch of unknown cats that went gold as well but the artists couldn't capitalize of the buzz same as BNDH.* :troll:

just a year ago, vado had hits that got radio-play and mad play in the clubs.
gibbs is still just the "gangsta rapper" of choice for the internet forums. hes still a nobody, and alot of that may have to do with the lack of availability for his tapes in the outside world. so thats not a diss.
btw, love the avi.:ahh:
