I'm not ecstatic about Carrol signing. But getting STONE HANDS on the cheap isn't bad. he's a good blocker. And when he does get deep, he can catch it with his body sometimes. We should re-sign Carr, though. He doesn't get injured. Still we should draft a CB high in the draft.

Million dollar dreams, hundred dollar budget. The Cowboys are replacing rotational guys with other rotational guys, so now they can stop the bleeding and focus back on the draft.
