The fact that most people will scoff at you for even trying to say that the Middle Passage and Chattel Slavery were way worse than the Holocaust proves this wrong.
Most people don't even know the actual terrible and heinous things those demonic cacs were doing to Black captives and freedmen throughout 1619 - NOW. They just think we were in the fields, occasionally getting whipped for not working hard enough. Harriet and Lincoln freed us. MLK and Rosa saved us from discrimination and that's it.
Everyone knows about the camps, lampshades, and gas chambers cause they made a million books, movies and museums to tell us.
Whenever we try to bring up the alligator bait, lynching postcards, forced breeding, forced breastfeeding, how minstrel music was the first original American music form, redlining, Tulsa massacre + any of the other similar racial citywide upheavals/riots, buckbreaking, bedwenching, CIA pumping crack in Black neighborhoods and making crack a bigger crime than coke, FBI killing Black unity thru infiltration and mislabelling it as communism, the American Police origins being from Slavecatching, how the Revolutionary War was more about keeping slaves than dodging taxes, how knowing how to read and write used to be a crime punishable by death, the various medical experimentations done + much more shyt we will probably find out about in the future....
When we bring those things up we're acting like victims and we need to get over it.
