When I was in Germany i used to average about 95 on the autobahn. The first few weeks I was doing 120 but after awhile it’s actually not all that fun. 90 is usually about as fast as you can comfortably drive everyday on a relatively long stretch of highway.

I know a dude that got arrested trying to run from the police in a car that had a speed limiter on it. Hearing him tell the story had me howling when he describes how he’d floor it only to get some good speed and have the car go straight down to 65 over and over again.

You can’t regulate human behavior.

Most if not all new cars have computers. All someone has to do is take it or a shop or simply figure out how to bypass it.
