Whatever the case is, he isnt recognizable as the flash.
I heard people in the theater asking who he was. If I didn't know he was gonna be in the movie and didn't notice the bolt on his chest, I would have been confused too.
Some breh in this thread asked if he was booster gold. He looked like a cross between iron man and shazam to me.
Horrible that they have a hit show with the flash, with that character popularity blowing up and they made him unrecognizable in the movie.
There should be no confusion as to who he was, the entire theater should have stood up when he appeared. nikkas couldn't even tell who he was.

Yes we were breh, that scene only works if you know that it's the flash, and him being red with the bolt on his chest shows that they meant for people to know that he was the flash. We were supposed to get excited to see the flash appear in this movie, that scene was supposed to get a reaction. It didn't because he wasn't identifiable to most casuals.
If we weren't supposed to know who he was then he shouldn't have been wearing a suit at all. And they damn sure wouldn't have put the bolt on his chest.
They fukked up the suit trying to make it look too advanced.

I'm sure it was probably meant to set something up for the future. If you set up nothing then people would be asking "where this come from?"
I took that Flash scene as intentionaly confusing for the average viewer (who see it from Bruce's perspective) mixed with a wink to the comic book fans who know about the Flash.

It should have been
"Holy shyt, that's the flash"
Instead people were like
"Who the fukk is this?"
That scene isn't needed unless people knew it was flash, and it only makes sense if the viewer knows it's the flash and understands his power.

Flash is a very recognizable and highly popular character. No reason anyone should question who that was.
There was nothing intentional about it. That was most definitely their take on the characters costume.

The reason for the warning may have been intentionally confusion, but I don't think the viewer not recognizing him as the flash was intentional at all.
That scene was meant to get an excited reaction from the crowd but all it did was cause confusion on what just happened.

I didn't even realize he knew Batman's identity tho, when did he say his name?
Maybe its possible he figured it out from the ship also, I mean it did know a shyt load about the universe
He implied knowing Batman's identity by telling Superman that he was the one that was sending those return checks to Bruce....
You never heard of intuition? Just maybe if there's another alien beast that emerged after witnessing other aliens from before that maybe using the thing that can kill previous aliens could work? I mean sometimes intuition and common educated guessing works.

There's a definite plan breh. They start filming justice League in less than a month,suicide squad comes out in Aug and wonder woman is filming.
That's actually one of the things people have against this film, a good chunk of the film is set up for the next films.
