I liked it but I can see why people may take issue. Yes he has "killed" people before but I don't think it has ever been this blatant.

I mean, nightmare Batman was straight gunning people down and snapping necks:wow:

Dude was using the cannons on the Batmobile to kill:wow:

He stabbed a guy in the heart:wow:

no it wasn't...most of the stuff you're talking about took place in a dream sequence in a future with superman running shyt, parademons, and darkseid....outside of that, he was the same batman he's always been in regards to the killing rule....yea, he used cannons on the bat mobile to fukk people up, but he's done that before...go back and look at those burton films....ex: in one scene, he dropped off a bomb in between some dude's legs, and left....I hope yall don't think that guy magically survived lol...

he didn't stab a dude in the heart, watch that scene again...he stabbed him in the arm/shoulder area and stuck him to the wall....he didn't even kill the dude with the nade, he killed his self lol...like I said: the only person you can say he 'intentionally' killed was kgbeast....

He heard her scream when Lex threw her off and they are both in the same city, of course Superman will catch her. Martha is gagged (in the photos at least) so Superman could not hear her. Superman knew Lois was in Africa meeting a shady dude who is armed to the teeth so its not really shocking that he is close by and listening to whats going on. He also didn't know the shady dude had her at gunpoint, he heard the shots and flew there because of that.
Really bro. Movie was ass

I'm not denying that, i'm just saying he's done this in every movie since the burton ones....seriously, yall need to go back and look at those....he blew up buildings/cars with people in them, shot at people using the batmobile, etc....like the example I gave: he dropped a bomb between some dude's legs in a building, bounced in the batmobile, and the bomb went off....I hope yall don't think he did all that shyt and those people survived

Btw, I really need to hear other people's thoughts on that Pa Kent scene. That shyt had me nearly rolling out my seat with laughter because of how bad it was. Just the whole idea that they really brought Pa Kent back as a ghost vision for the sole purpose of shytting on Clark still trying to be a hero is just ridiculous.:russ:

Dude out here talking about hearing the wailing of drowning horses while eating his "hero cake".:laff:

thought the scene was cool...took it as him telling clark if he gonna do it, he gotta be ready for all that comes with it, not just the good....to help further illustrate that how supe was struggling with whether or not he wanted to be a hero, what that meant, etc.; and to help show the growth superman was going through to get to the established character we know...

Yeah that scene could've been cut and the movie really wouldn't have suffered.

Um, are we forgetting the fact that batman broke into lex Corp and stole the damn kryptonite, after beating up his damn goons and subsequently leaving lex Corp damaged as fukk (even left a batarang so lex knew it was real)

Also, Bruce had been tracking white Portuguese for a minute, with batman disrupting the harbor shiptments (looking for the "dirty bomb")

Weak? Batman was killing it and has never looked more confident on film

Not physically. :stopitslime:. Something about his entire response to Superman and the dream sequence seems very un-Batman-like to me. I guess they were playing off the whole "Superman is dangerous...Batman is still a man...he can be fightened, etc." Idk. I guess this has more to do with the director moreso because I just found the entire fight scene awkward. "Martha" is really the only thing that makes them "friends" and makes Superman "normal" to him. Then at the end, when he decides to honor Sup's legacy? I just...I agree that Batman looked great (probably one of my fav characterizations) but something was off to me.

Respect your opinion.. could of things though. Lex doesn't have beef with Batman. Lex knows that Batman have beef with Superman and wants to use him to try to kill Superman and almost succeeded in that. He was basically using Bruce as a pawn like he was using literally everyone else.

Also, I may have to disagree with Batman's cease of his aggression towards Superman and nearly killing. For starters, I cannot see any better way of doing it. Especially with this type of individual who not only have issue with him because of what happened at Metropolis, but even moreso when he had the vision and the warning by Flash saying that he was right all along and Superman is indeed a threat. So, NOTHING ELSE but something that connected him so intimately deep could of made Batman stop. Batman is a demented tormented individual. The murder of his parents as we ALL know fukked his head and it was something that was emphasized from his nightmares reliving that moment over and over. So for hear Superman say "save Martha", that's the one thing that he PERSONALLY could not save when his own mother was killed. That fukked him up. Then Lois coming in and explaining to him that's his own mother made Bruce realize that this "alien" is more human than he took for granted. It never occurred to him about Superman having parents or anything of that nature because how could he? All he ever saw of Superman is was from his perspective in Gotham and from his own Knightmare of the future. It is human nature to have words or actions that be triggers for others. Saying Batman's moms name was his. He almost lost it emotionally because that's the one person he could not save.... it was personal to him. It is why he vowed to save Superman's mom instead of Superman himself, as a way of self-redemption.

Hmm...Okay, I can agree with this. Maybe I just didn't like the way it was executed.

anyone else disappointed in the lackluster cgi
I have had certain issues with the CGI in pretty much every comic book movie since the boom started and have just gotten to the point where I ignore it. As long as it doesn't end up being super distractingly bad (like Scorpion King bad) I can live with it.
