If you’re on unemployment, they offer free training for a number of careers. At one point, my mom was on unemployment, and she trained to be a CNA. She got hired at a retirement home, then started working at the hospital and made good money.
I don't know how you are getting, "you're begging", from the OP.
Reparations is a debt owed as well.
