:wow:

Been telling folks this for years .
Folks be thinking they not full of they stomach not hurting. Not even allowing they food to settle first.

I despise gluttony. That's what I hate about them food challenges where people forcing themselves to over eat or to try to shove food down their stomach to beat a time record
:scust:

It’s an evolutionary trait.

If you haven't trained hardcore for 3 years straight while eating your weight in protein.
(Essentially you don't look like a high-level natty bodybuilder).
I wouldn't even take your opinion seriously.
I was relatively close to this in my mid20s and now I'm returning to my five to six day workout
weeks. I've been trimming fat, focusing on body recomp, my lifts are going up etc.

This sort of physique is very attainable.
Will you look 100% like him? fukk no, that's determined by where your muscles insert into your bones.
Some people are just genetically gifted and others will have separation of their pectoral muscles or slim/thin calves
or their biceps/triceps will only get so big and there isn't really anything you can do to change that.

However you can definitely become the fitness, strongest, biggest you possible NATURALLY.
If you aren't working out tho, all this shyt is bullshyt theorizing tbh.

You possibly could, but it'll take years of consistently exercising, working out at home, and going to the gym regularly, as well as eating healthy, nutritious meals, which can be done without meat.

However, cutting out meat alone won't stop a person from gaining weight if they're not eating healthily along with proper exercise and daily activities. Mentally and physically, it is dedication and having a strong work ethic that leads to a healthy lifestyle.

Mr Olympia tests their bodybuilders as well :usure:

That means nothing. But everything else aight. He said he was 164 in the comments (or 154 can’t remember)
His physique is very attainable naturally if you have good genetics.

Yes when you stop eating meat it unlocks the other 90% of your brain. First comes the physique which basically has you looking like a super hero, no gym or working out is needed. Then slowly the powers start to develop

I saw it on YouTube, so it’s 100% true.

Breh-breh is on TRT and steroids for sure, eating exclusively plant proteins don’t give you that kind of physique.

His success is = plant proteins+ discipline + consistent gym training/workouts for decades+ Steroids+ Testosterone replacement therapy+ elite genetics + elite hormonal/biological profile
If he needs TRT is his hormonal profile actually elite?
Only thing outlandish about his physique is his leaness at his age which would account for the diet. And I have seen crackheads with the same muscular build and leaness..........from smoking crack.......so yes, I believe you can. If you questioning whether he did, ask him......they are more than willing to yell the truth these days......
