you not getting that without red meat, fish, chicken, in your diet. it's the most bioavailable source. you will need to eat like a cow if you're only eating vegetables and legumes don' let these mfs fool you into a calorie deficit where your muscles get ate the fukk up.

Breh-breh is on TRT and steroids for sure, eating exclusively plant proteins don’t give you that kind of physique.

His success is = plant proteins+ consistent gym training/workouts for decades+ Steroids+ Testosterone replacement therapy+ elite genetics + elite hormonal/biological profile
I was going to say this at the bare min he is on TRT for sure.

1. You have to replace that lost animal protein with plant proteins.

2. You have to have diet and exercise dialed in with strick adherence.

3. You have to have been training for 5+ in strict adherence with #2 (more like 10+ unless you're gifted genetically).

Very possible for most men but it's not going to be easily and is going to take a long time. Him being vegan has almost nothing to do with his physique.
Good catch! A very key word also is discipline. It's one of those stories questioned solely based on what he eats rather than all the other sacrifices required.

He doesn't live the lifestyle of your average Colibro. It looks good for him, extreme for me.

tried that bullshyt for 3 months it's unsustainable if you don't have the patience to be eating 6X a day bulking with low calorie vegan food. maaaad ingrediennts your body has to work extra hard to absorb.
Mmmm. I don't have a problem with needing to eat all the time but I definitely dont work out that much.

No. And I don't think he is saying he got that physique by not eating that.

I think he's saying now that he's 50, here are the foods he does not eat.

Which is factual. You don't need to eat the same foods or same amounts of foods over an entire lifetime.

Americans biggest problem is once we realize we can expand our stomachs during meals we will eat until our stomachs hurt and keep eating that way until we die. Just like an infant or a toddler doesn't need to eat as much as a 22 year old man, a 50 year doesn't need to eat as much as a 22 year old either.

Americans never learn to hit the brakes or scale it back.

Folks be thinking they not full of they stomach not hurting. Not even allowing they food to settle first.

I despise gluttony. That's what I hate about them food challenges where people forcing themselves to over eat or to try to shove food down their stomach to beat a time record
