You can really get this physique naturally just by cutting out meat?

Most of yall have absolutely no idea what your talking about.

I have been training over 25 years, used to work in a gym,I have not touched chicken, beef or any other animal besides scaled fish since 1997,in brooklyn there are PLENTY Rasta who don't eat meat and train vigorously,go to any harbor fitness or blink in the flatbush area,or go down to Wingate park during concert season, some of these dudes are legitimate monsters.

Meat is some of the best protein sources. You can put on muscle without eating meat yes.

Your own body composition/genetics matter so you can put on hella muscle and be lean and still not look like breh.

Also he doesn’t look natural to me, but I could be wrong.

I eat whatever I want but because I’m so active I look like I never even touch a piece of candy. But eating a bad diet will definitely make putting on muscle and staying lean more difficult than if you didn’t.

Naturally achievable physique imo:

Dude ain’t huge, I bet you he’s under 200 lbs. him being lean makes him appear bigger.

I’m in the 190s and people often think I’m 210+ because of my leanness.

Plus he competes in natural bodybuilding competitions and wins (they test winners) so I’m going to assume he’s natural. Good for him, especially at his age. I hope to maintain my physique like him at 50.

Breh-breh is on TRT and steroids for sure, eating exclusively plant proteins don’t give you that kind of physique.

His success is = plant proteins+ discipline + consistent gym training/workouts for decades+ Steroids+ Testosterone replacement therapy+ elite genetics + elite hormonal/biological profile
You watch a lot of MPMD huh lol

Yes. But...

1. You have to replace that lost animal protein with plant proteins.

2. You have to have diet and exercise dialed in with strick adherence.

3. You have to have been training for 5+ in strict adherence with #2 (more like 10+ unless you're gifted genetically).

Very possible for most men but it's not going to be easily and is going to take a long time. Him being vegan has almost nothing to do with his physique.
What’s possible for most men? You think most men can achieve his physique? :mjlol:

Nota even close lmfao

Only thing outlandish about his physique is his leaness at his age which would account for the diet. And I have seen crackheads with the same muscular build and leaness..........from smoking crack.......so yes, I believe you can. If you questioning whether he did, ask him......they are more than willing to yell the truth these days......

I was gonna quote a bunch of them but it's not even worth it. They really have no clue what they're talking about.

They're taking vague things they've heard from the beef lobby or regarding early development (which is completely different than nutrition for a grown man), and jumping to conclusions based on it. You can DEFINITELY get ripped without eating meat. I went 10+ years of my life eating very little meat and was significantly healthier for it, leanness was much easier and I noticed no difference in speed of muscle gain.

Basically training everyday. You couldn't at age 47 & being :flabbynsick: decide that you'll start training, cut out meat and fish and expect to look like that in 3 years without TRT, HGH or some other help. Impossible

If you've been training for over 2 decades consistently and cut out animal proteins and have replaced them with plant based proteins. It's possible
