No. And I don't think he is saying he got that physique by not eating that.

I think he's saying now that he's 50, here are the foods he does not eat.

Which is factual. You don't need to eat the same foods or same amounts of foods over an entire lifetime.

Americans biggest problem is once we realize we can expand our stomachs during meals we will eat until our stomachs hurt and keep eating that way until we die. Just like an infant or a toddler doesn't need to eat as much as a 22 year old man, a 50 year doesn't need to eat as much as a 22 year old either.

Americans never learn to hit the brakes or scale it back.

Yes. But...

1. You have to replace that lost animal protein with plant proteins.

2. You have to have diet and exercise dialed in with strick adherence.

3. You have to have been training for 5+ years in strict adherence with #2 (more like 10+ unless you're gifted genetically).

Very possible for most men but it's not going to be easy and is going to take a long time. Him being vegan has almost nothing to do with his physique.

I actually believe he’s fully vegan but you brehs pretty much covered the fine print already.

The average man’s hormone levels would be very hard to maintain at this rate doing this though. Meat is almost necessary, pause. I almost want to say dude is on at least test. :hubie:

Breh-breh is on TRT and steroids for sure, eating exclusively plant proteins don’t give you that kind of physique.

His success is = plant proteins+ discipline + consistent gym training/workouts for decades+ Steroids+ Testosterone replacement therapy+ elite genetics + elite hormonal/biological profile
