I don’t think they know the cons of owning the house as a single man. Maintenance and upkeep would be a full time job itself. Penthouse if you have a issue one call it’s taken care of.

And if you need to live in a city to pull hoes then thats lame. You should be able to pull hoes anywhere.

Its not just about the "hoes", its about actual...life lol a higher abundance of things to actually do and see, and not being surrounded by virtually nothing, and different types of people rather than the same type of people.

If you interpret that as "hell", crack heads etc. and see no value in it. then yes...you probably like having a little bubble of environment you control and the city is actually too much for you.

And yes, there is a higher variety of single hoes, who don't live with their parents, or lowkey have a husband lol suburbia is filled with those two primarily
