Go with the penthouse if you're single. Houses are to raise a family with a wife and if you already have a house when you meet her she is going to want her own house so you'll be selling that shyt anyways. If you not in a major city then the house is the best answer.. penthouse in a place like SF, LA, NYC, Chicago etc would be dope but other then that have you’re own place and not have to worry about sharing walls with other people

I prefer a house personallly. I live in one. but if could pick my ideal living situation, I'd take a house or townhouse that's downtown or in any urban walkable area.
I would never live in a cookie cutter mcmansion in the burbs.

Imagine picking the house as a single dude. Pulling is so much easier when it’s a 5-10 minute walk to the crib. Also, way more comfortable bringing random biddies to the sky rise unit where you need fob access to even get in the elevator.

Penthouse with a good doorman is the key to a lovely bachelorhood. Tip him and he will keep bytches from coming upstairs while you with your other bytch. Less maintenance to worry about also.
