Definitely the house. I'm used to having a lot of space in my place, I hate having direct neighbors that I can hear, love having space to BBQ, and also love being able to make plenty of noise without worrying about neighbors complaining. Plus I prefer being away from all the action so I can come and go without worrying about traffic and parking. It would be dope living close to the club area so if I did want to roll out and get drunk and holla at something my place is right there but I'd hate giving up the other perks.
