A house is a full time job. If I’m single and trying to be out I’m taking the penthouse. You gonna get tired of having to drive to wear everyone else is and people aren’t going to want to come out to you to meet up.

My first apt was 800 square feet and it was cool. Give me double that with a nice view and I’m in heaven.

Man WHAT? soon as my dad passed, family was on me immediately about keeping up the house or trying to keep it(but that's another story) every other week something fukks up or needs to be maintanance. I'm looking downstairs and start noticing cracks under where the bathtub is located. The toilet downstairs wouldn't stop running so I just shut the water off to it. The deck is needs a ton of work. The lights at the bottom steps are fukked up, tried finding a cheap(family discount) type electrician and this nikka in the wind somewhere. cracks popping up. I'm just like
