There is a book I reread yearly and it talks about how humans are cultivated, as a crop, for our "golden broth". This would be the energy we throw off from our emotional experiences. Seemingly, the more negative and intense the experience, the more we produce and that benefits those who really control the world. The assertion is they farm us and feed and thrive on our energy, just as we do with the livestock on our own farms.
