This has to be the dumbest collective jury I’ve ever seen. When I saw that one of them asked for a playback of “Courtney Southerland’s” testimony, a person who not only didn’t testify but doesn’t even exist, I knew it wasn’t looking good.

It shows they weren’t paying attention and if they were, they’re just flat out stupid.

they don't have to do what the prosecution wants. i just watched a trial where a cop killed his side chick and baby, slit his baby throat to evade child support. they didn't give him the chair.

The judge himself granted an order for the prosecution to get the death penalty on a 8-4 instead of unanimously off a brand new law saying it wasn't unfair to melly.

That's what I mean by everyone. Including the police, the Florida supreme court, etc.

Blame on the prosecution. The defense didn’t even really do much. I think they called like one witness. The prosecutions “experts” all sounded kind of weak and like they were talking gibberish.
