Circumstantial evidence is a perfectly valid form of evidence. DNA is circumstantial evidence. There have been many convictions on only circumstantial evidence.

for example, one video i recall from the night of the shooting is one that shows the guys leaving the studio and getting into the car. but him getting into the car proves nothing about whether mell shot them. especially since he already admits he was there

i looked back at it. you were trying to say it wasn't planned/premeditated which if correct, would have meant dude should of got off on what he was charged with which was first degree murder. it was indeed planned though and he was convicted accordingly

the other guy is up for trial, i assume before they cant get around to trying melly again. depending on how that goes..... if he isn't found guilty and doesn't say something that incriminates melly (which he hasn't in 4 years now), i doubt they will try melly again.
