This yg album is good. Why are people comparing this album to TPAB? Totally different albums and vibes. Posters claiming that the yg album should have been the album Kendrick made? Do you guys mean lyrical content or just musically? Lyrically they approach the content differently. YG is rapping from the aspect of the banger and Kendrick is rapping from the aspect of the person who hanged around the bangers but never banged.

Not a bad album but the beats definitely aint as rich and complex as the 90s joints. Sounds like the producers were told to use the same bass line preset for half the record.

Next album it maybe time to switch it up a little.
