Flus rather u think he is a dunce or not the FO probs was gonna give him 3-4 years period.

Year 1 was a complete tank. They was like 3-3 n then shipped out the d talent and brought on the net negative claypool.

If you guys are really going all in on Caleb, then I'd really go all in on everything as well. Dude is literally the future from day one if you draft him.

I only wish my team's front office would've done the same.

Instead we get to play against a franchise who did do that for their QB (Chiefs/Mahomes) while my team never gave our franchise QBs the right coach for the job. We had Drew Brees, Philip Rivers and Justin Herbert all back-to-back-to-back and screwed them (along with LT) all over with some real shytty coaching choices.

If you go franchise QB, go all the way in 100% and leave no doubt you gave it your best chance to make it work.

I just dont understand the logic of retaining Flus if they want to draft & develop Caleb - they should be able to find a more dynamic coach to do that - why are we settling? We pair Caleb with a defensive retread coach like Flus? I just dont undderstand it. Thats the Bears tho

Breh you know I 100 percent agree with you on that i’ve been calling for Ben Johnson since the middle of the season I don’t know what eberflus told them but they should’ve fired eberflus for a young offensive mind coach
