Let’s say the Bears trade Fields and draft a QB (whether it’s Caleb or whomever). If they finish with a worse record than 7-9, would it be seen as a failure? Or do yall consider this a new rebuild?

Any qb would be better than Justin I really think he is the weak link on this team great QBs can overcome bad game calling and bad oline look at mahomes in kc he has a bad OC in Nagy but still performs at high mvp level just pick the right qb and this is a Super Bowl contender

I would go with Harrison and Onduse. Two big fat outside receivers to put with Moore and Kmet. They don't need Bowers since they already have Kmet.

They will have the 1st and the 9th picks in the upcoming draft. They can upgrade that raggedy offense.

It seems pretty clear to me that will involve cleaning house (Flus, Getsy, Fields)

bring in a legit coach that can maximize Caleb and hopefully we can get either Odunze or Nabers at #9 and go from there

yeah, coaching might have fukked up Justin, but its too late now and we have the #1 pick - we cant assume he will get leaps and bounds better in year 4 when we have the top pick in a loaded QB draft
