I'm glad I never tied sports to my emotional well being like a lot of people that shyt was always wild to me :dead:

They probably close to being respectable :ld: DJ Moore is cold and mooney is serviceable. RBS are fine. Absolute needs are

QB obviously
Center
At least one good EDGE
A good LT

After that I think the team is very decent. If they do choose to go QB in draft then I honestly think the big flashy move is to just say fukk it and go QB/MHJ off top :hubie: you can get the rest of that shyt in the draft or FA. Good offensive head coach Moore/MHJ/Mooney is a top 5 offense with just a decent qb.
Breh what is this "if they do choose to go QB in draft" shenanigans you on. Poles getting Camby'd immediately if he even considers paying Fields with Caleb/Shadeur/Maye right there. He's definitely outta here.

Now I'm curious as to what team would want him in a trade :jbhmm:

Does atlanta say no to a 3/4th :hubie:

I think he'd look great there too. He's cooked here though

if fields hand or wrist is broken, he's gonna be done for the season and it's likely that's the end of the fields era in chicago. I mean, he's under contract for next year, but they will definitely draft a QB if he goes on IR.

Itā€™s a dislocated thumb. If heā€™s able to play next week, Iā€™ll be shocked considering he couldnā€™t grip a football. Not season ending though.

Yeah I dunno to what extend it would be for the heal up, but I've fractured a thumb before and was out of writing for a few months. No ligament damage.

I would imagine if he wasn't able to grip the football there might be some tearing somewhere. MRI tomorrow for Fields is tomorrow so we'll know then. :lupe:

I think russ had a similar injury his last season in seattle and rushed back to play. He was not good last year and isnt the same this year either. To what degree the injury has factored into the play regression is hard to tell since it was accompanied by being on a different team with different coaches and scheme but I still think it's relevant to note.

Russ was falling off before & is considerably older. Not much to compare imo

Chicago media Is legit the woat :snoop: I feel sorry for bagent some fans and people in the media are really expecting him to ball out

:mjpls: indeed.

Yall offensive line is beyond cheeks and this cac is nowhere near as athletic or has the arm of Justin. He gonna get killed worse than Justin back there.

Now these goofy media buffoons looking for people like Brock, but cats like Brock Purdy are extreme outliers and even he don't look as good when we lost our best offensive weapons (CMC and Deebo).

Bagent szn is upon us :blessed:

Now we'll get to see what he can do when he doesn't have to clean up after the next man's mess :mjpls:

Y'all talking about he's not as quick as Fields, but he also doesn't take 15 seconds to go through his progressions either. I have a funny feeling he'll do ok in a simple game manager role. Obviously not expecting much from the rook but it's really hard to be any worse than Fields excluding the 6 quarters of adult football he played this season.

Militant nikkas still talking crazy, but I just want the best for my Bears even if it means a cac has to outperform Bustin :manny:

According to cacs on social media, he played WAY better than Fields yesterday, he just made a ā€œcouple of rookie mistakesā€ like a fumble 6, and a BAD interception that never had a chance to get to Moore. Meanwhile, when Fields had his best game of his career with an 80% completion percentage, 330 yards and 4 TDs, none of that mattered because of the fumble when he was trying to throw the ball away.

The fact you comparing an undrafted rookie's 1st professional QUARTER in the league to a 3rd year 1st round pick is :mjlol: :mjlol: have you no shame
