In the context of this episode, you could interpret it that way. But if you notice, Morty does say "ah geez" and "you know" a lot in this series. That along with the stuttering is just a part of the way he talks.
Speaking of which, since this episode, at work we started calling the IT Department, Morty Town. Whenever one of the IT guys are around us helping someone w/ their computer problems, they would purposely start every response with "ah geez". It took a while for us to notice it, but when he did, we started dying
