Nope. Artists and fans ain’t got the juice like that anymore. New Jack Swing was originality and the way culture, two big things missing in music today.

And even if it could it would mean getting singers who could sing. Even though New Jack was party music a big chunk of the artists could sing their asses off.
Who right now can sing like Christopher Williams?
These autotune ass artists would sound terrible and have a hard time staying on high tempo music.
Next, folks who go out to parties and clubs don’t dance anymore and the dancing part was crucial to New Jack. Hard to film stuff on your phone when you are constantly dancing. The culture has to change and won’t.
Then, a lot of music made these days have 14 producers on one song so how could the music come back when yall are waiting for 13 other people to finish a song.
And as much of a sub genre as it was, the songs were their own vibe. You would need great producers to recapture that.
