Yes it's a purposefull movement on reddit in an attempt to get Overwatch banned in ChinaA Chinese player won a major Hearthstone tournament and announced his support for Hong Kong live on stream. He was banned, had his prize money taken away, and multiple cast members were fired by Blizzard afterward.
A couple days later, Mei, a Chinese character from Overwatch, started becoming the symbol of support for Hong Kong online.
I can't help but wonder if that's intentional...
Fired by this man?
No he doesn'the has a point though
Just pouring gasoline on the fire.Blizzard just cancelled the launch event for OW on switch, which looked like it was gonna be a lot of fun for the people who were going to attend at NintendoNYC. I have to assume for the most part they didn't want crazy fans to show up and cause bullshyt due to what's going on atm.
Zug zugRemember back in the Diablo 1&2, StarCraft broodwar, and Warcraft days when blizzard was a great company?
