He just leave him there to die? :picard:
Yea he died. There was a baryon sweep going on. A beam that kills living matter was being ran through the whole ship in that episode. Picard almost died and shuts it down at the very last second right before it's about to kill him too.

Not really tho. Name one example if him ever being a dikk before the Borg.
Picard wasn't a dikk as much as he was standoffish and cold. He began as a guy who wanted to keep a certain amount of distance bet6ween himself and his crew personally and eventually became the patriarchal figure of the entire Enterprise bridge crew.

But he remains distant from the crew throughout the entire series. He doesn't have a single relationship. There's the girl he used to know who runs off with Q.

There's one episode with that piano playing lieutenant. But she dies at the end of the one episode she's in.

Then Beverly crusher. They almost hook up but keep their distance out of respect for her dead husband.

Also they float the idea that maybe him and guinan hooked up, but it never comes close to materializing.

Then Wesley crusher disappears into time and space and picard never mentions it once after.

Yea the bridge crew perhaps as a team were closer at the end, but I don't buy picard being different at all. He handles himself the same. He's diplomatic and cordial, but politely keeps his personal distance because he believes a captain should..

Show me ONE specific example of him taking his professional relationship to a higher level I dare u.

Then she stumbles on his program too. On some holo-hentai type shyt :laff:

Speaking of the final episode, the worst part is a throwaway line which indicates that Geordi actually ended up with her in Picard's future timeline. :scust:

If I'm her, I'm avoiding being on the same planet with that fukk. Space is a big place, and there's a galaxy full of dudes who didn't turn her into a hologram--dudes with functioning eyes at that.

It's significant that the final scene of the show is Picard joining the poker game, saying "I should have done this a long time ago"; that he finally viewed the crew as friends rather than just officers.
You had to go all the way to the very final scene tho lol
