Is alkaline water legit?

I have acne prone skin and I break out alot, usually dependent on what I eat. If I eat super duper clean I might have a clear face for a day or two. Over the xmas holidays I ate alot of bullshyt especially on xmas eve cause I attended a house party and ended up gobbling down almost a whole bag of tostitos. Anyway. Last couple days my acne was flaring up real bad. shyt was so bad to the point that my barber was like "yoo, you gotta watch what you eating" (He's a health guy). Yea so I left the barbershop and stopped in the supermarket and got some alkaline water (5 litre bottle) I'm about halfway through the bottle and breh I swear to god my acne has cleared up 80%, this is in the space of a few hours. I was gonna make a thread on it but I figured I'd just reply to this thread, so yea it's legit for me
