:salute: i remember when it was hard to get to a gallon. now i can get a gallon n a half down with ease. stopped counting but im probably around a gallon n a half a day. skin glistening, muscles feel more full. usually this time of the year my knuckles all cracked and bloody from dry skin. still keep that shea on deck tho

Once it's part of your lifestyle... it's easy peezy.

Most days I only drink water. For people who drink soda and shyt, try going two weeks on just water. You will feel like a new person.
I used to drink soda two times a day...one for lunch and one for dinner. Usually it was a lemon and lime type like Sierra Mist or 7-Up.

I gave up sodas 7 years ago...I would think if I drunk some now it'll taste like acid.

I like to have a soda when ever I eat something greasy like pizza or a cheeseburger.

It helps with "pushing" the heavy food down/releasing that food gas.

But yes, I like water too.

Water is great, really refreshing.

You know what's funny? When people say stuff like "Water has no taste to it." Makes me laugh to hear that, it does have a taste. It taste like water! :laugh: I know what they mean but still not everything is salty, sweet or savory.

It's funny how we as humans have to get used to the taste of something that is essential to us even living on this Earth.

:whoa: Be careful about that salt breh.

Keep track of your blood pressure. That stuff works on your body over time. Eventually can lead to strokes, kidney disease and heart attacks.
