They are. Air Fryers are just redesigned & remarketed Convention Ovens. In fact if you try to buy a convection oven online or instore, they all promote they can Air Fry.

It's somewhat the same.
Convection ovens use use two coils (top and bottom) to create heat and a small fan to circulate. Air fryers are a coil and fan. Main differences are size and shape plus ease of cleaning.

I got that from target. The reason why I didn't go with the others was because of the reviews man. Ninja makes top notch products, period. I read the reviews and folks had complaints about the QUALITY of the other products that I came across

I feel you. Nuwave, Phillips and ninja are the goto brands for air fryers something like a Hamilton Beach will have you buying a new one if you use it a lot. I use mine pretty much 2-3 a day. It's too easy to dump vegetables in there and a chicken breast and have it all cook. I do do the 'fried' chicken breast with breading just a Lil oil to get the seasoning to stick and it's a wrap.

Its not that special. Pretty much everyone cooks fries and chicken in them on YouTube. Ain't nothing much to see when cats cook fries.
I like doing whole chickens or Cornish game hens cause of them rotisserie and even without it it only takes 1 hour on 360.

Steam some vegetables of your liking, a side of brown rice, and you got a healthy meal.
Salmon always seems to get me full. It's pretty high in protein.

Always got some tarter sauce or wasabi on deck too.
Easily my favorite food to cook in the air fryer.
Sometimes i try to catch it around when its almost a minute left to cook and throw two sliced lemons on top of it.

I copped a small one just to test it out and cooked some fries and some wings (my shyt could only hold 4 wings
