It's great for reheating stuff too like things that were made in the oven or deep fried already

Just "frying" fries in this bytch alone worth the price of admission.

No more oily/heavy fries.

shyt cooks swine bacon so perfect I might not even go back to Turkey bacon (They trying to pimp the Costco shyt on us down here right now so we off that anyway) when it's available.

Got down on some Pork chops and Sweet potatoes and that shyt came out just as good as when I do it in a pot with all that damn oil.

Gonna graduate to fish in a minute and keep this shyt going.

Only thing I tried and fukked up was plantains but I should have seen that coming. shyt turned into melted Banana rolls.:mjlol:

shyt, might throw in some nuggets and fries and cap my night off right.

Double post.

Also, what size fryers y'all working with?
I'm looking at my box (pause) and that shyt is 5.3QT which is pretty big.

I normally do enough for me and my bro and leave the leftovers to warm in the toaster oven.

Did a steak at work.

390, 10 mins.

Pulled it out like :francis:

Let it rest for 5 minutes, cut it up, tried s piece. :myman:.

Pleasantly surprised. Outside had a Lil bark, rest was juicy and succulent. I initially thought it was medium or well done but it was plenty pink.

I didn't flip or nothing but the pan at work allows air to circulate around it, it doesn't just sit on the bottom of the pan.

Will definitely do again.
